Our  Services

Loan Document Signing Agent

Our notaries are trained and certified as Signing Agents by the  National Notary Association.  We are capable of receiving e-documents and producing laser copies. 

Fees:  

  • $150.00 per loan package

includes the printing of two sets of documents (up to 50 pages each) and shipping of originals, if provided a pre-paid label.

  • .25  per page for Scanning, uploading, and/or faxing documents 
  • .65  per mile Travel Fee

 Notarization of Legal Documents

We offer mobile notary services for all types of legal documents including  Affidavits, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Wills,  Acknowledgments,

Administer oaths, Depositions, Attesting to photocopies, and Verification of a VIN on a vehicle

Fees:  

  • $10.00  Per Notary Seal
  • $ 30.00  Mobile Service Fee
  • .65 per mile Travel Fee


Remote Online Notary Services

Please call or text for system requirements and procedures

Fees:

  • $25.00 per document







Marriage Ceremonies

Are you getting married on Amelia Island or elsewhere in Northeast Florida?  Let us perform your wedding ceremony!

Fees

  • $ 30.00 notary fee
  • $ 40.00 Mobile Service Fee (30 minutes)
  • .65 per mile Travel Fee
  • $ 30.00 for each 1/2 hour over 45 minutes
